During the design planning phase, we confirm the design requirements and establish the fundamental concept of the construction plan. In the basic design phase, we determine the key features of the plan and analyze design specifications, including architectural design elements such as form and appearance. Moving to the engineering design phase, we create detailed design drawings for construction ordering and explore specific technologies to be utilized.
In the contracting and ordering phase, we develop detailed cost estimates and contract documents, preparing for the procurement of building contractors. During the construction supervision phase, we implement quality management on-site based on design drawings and conduct inspections prior to final completion.
Following completion, we conduct regular inspections and provide guidance on maintenance management and building administration.
